Returns policy

These notes describe how we handle unwanted items, obvious faults, and courier mishaps for physical goods shipped from our New Zealand studio label. Digital worksheets that you download are generally not returnable once delivered to your inbox; contact us if a file fails to open.

Change of mind

You may return unused products in original packaging within fourteen calendar days of delivery. We refund the item subtotal once the package arrives and we confirm resale condition. Outbound shipping remains your responsibility unless we agreed otherwise in writing.

Damaged shipments

If outer packaging shows crush marks or liquid exposure, photograph the box before opening and send those images with your note within forty-eight hours. We coordinate with the carrier and either replace the item or refund the purchase, including reasonable domestic return postage when we request the unit back.

Processing time

Refunds return through the same payment path whenever banking rules allow. Banks may need several business days to show the credit after we issue it.
